Top Round of Beef - dry rub and roasted top round of sliced beef served with horseradish cream, spicy mustard and freshly baked rolls.

Drizzled with a Balsamic Reduction and served with a dill cucumber dipping sauce.

Fresh Vegetable Crudités - Carrots, celery, cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and zucchini served with spinach dip.
