Salads

Baby Spinach Salad - crisp spinach greens, smoked Apple wood bacon, sliced mango, boiled eggs, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, red onions, candied almonds and a passion fruit vinaigrette.

Fresh Vegetarian Salad - assortment of fresh Spring lettuce, hearts of palm, grilled artichoke hearts, baby Portobello mushrooms, grape tomatoes, roasted peppers, eggplant, fresh baby mozzarella, chopped dates and a tomato basil vinaigrette.

Waldorf Salad - mixed field greens, candied pecans, crumbled Gorgonzola, sliced apples, sliced grapes, sprinkled with toasted coconut. Served with a lite vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad - crisp romaine leaves, shaved parmesan cheese, fresh baby mozzarella, grape tomatoes, and garlic herb croutons tossed in our creamy Caesar dressing.

Caprese Salad - Fresh buffalo Mozzarella, Beefsteak tomatoes and Sweet Basil served with pesto and Cold Pressed Olive Oil.


Entrees

There is a 10 person minimum per item.

Turkey - Freshly baked turkey breast, oven roasted with spices, sliced and served with House made orange cranberry chutney.

Baked Ham - boneless pit ham, sliced and topped with a brown sugar sauce.

Beef Brisket - slow cooked with carrots and onions

Fresh Grilled Salmon Fillet - served with a Chardonnay Dill Cream sauce.

Montreal Crusted Pork Loin - roasted pork loin cooked to perfection and finished with a mango salsa.

Chicken Marsala - char grilled chicken smothered with mushrooms and onions in a Marsala wine sauce.

Beef Burgundy - with roasted garlic and Portobello mushrooms.

Beef Tenderloin Kabobs - large tender chunks of seared tenderloin with seasonal vegetables with an Asian sweet and spicy sauce.

Blackened Grouper - fresh grouper cooked to perfection and finished with a lemon Burre Blanc.

Duck Breast - served with a honey and blood orange sauce.

Hospitality's Famous Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes - jumbo lump crab meat with sautéed onions, peppers, and garlic.

Chicken Caracas - boneless breast of chicken stuffed with boursin cheese, shrimp, fresh asparagus and plantain strips, finished with a red pepper cream sauce.

Vegetable Strudel - medley of matchstick vegetables rolled in puff pastry and served with a red pepper cream sauce.
