Breakfast Menu

There is a 20 person minimum. All breakfast items below come with orange and cranberry juice.

Continental Breakfast - homemade freshly baked breads, pastries and bagels served with butter, cream cheese, assorted jellies and fresh seasonal fruit.

Fruit and Yogurt Breakfast - homemade freshly baked muffins, yogurt parfait, and fresh fruit kabobs with a yogurt dipping sauce.

The "Hearty" Breakfast - Choose one type of egg dish from the following:
Scrambled eggs with cheese
Ham and cheese Omelets
or Vegetable Omelets
Frittata

Choose one meat from the following:
Bacon
ham
or sausage

Choose one Potato from the following:
Hash Browns
Home Fries

Biscuits and Gravy are included.

The Quiche Breakfast - homemade freshly baked breads, assorted quiche (Mediterranean, Lorraine, spinach and artichoke, ham and cheese) and a fresh seasonal fruit salad.

Hot Breakfast Sandwiches

Fluffy scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, sausage, ham or Applewood - smoked bacon served on freshly baked Ciabatta bread.

Omelettes

Served with breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy.

Vegetable Omelet - mushrooms, onions, peppers, zucchini and squash topped with melted cheddar cheese
The Southwest - stuffed with fresh corn, black beans, roasted red peppers, onions and topped with pepper jack cheese and sour cream and served with a side of our homemade gourmet salsa.

We also serve the following a la carte so you can create an individualized menu for you and your guests. There is a 20 person minimum per item.
