Barbecue Menu

There is a 10 person minimum per package/item.

All packages come with premium plastic plates, silverware wrapped in a napkin and all necessary serving utensils. All food served in foil pans. Chafers are available at an additional fee. Drop off and full service available. Sales tax and delivery fees are not included.

Package A

Grilled Teriyaki Kabobs served over Confetti White Rice
Grilled S Vegetable Kabobs - $7.95
Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs - $8.95
Beef Tenderloin and Vegetable Kabobs - $10.95

Package B

Portobello Mushroom Burgers with heirloom tomato slices, goat cheese, our House made spinach and artichoke mayo served on a freshly baked multigrain bun. Served with Cole slaw and a fresh fruit salad. $10.95

Package C

Sliders (Mini Beef Burgers) served on a freshly baked bun. Jumbo Hot Dogs on a freshly Baked Bun.
Condiments to include sliced cheese, onions, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, mustard, mayo and ketchup. Cole Slaw, Baked Beans and Assorted Cookies. $10.95

Free Range Chicken Quarters served with our House made Peach Schnapps BBQ sauce or our traditional BBQ Sauce.

Sliced Pork and Free Range Chicken Quarters served with our House made Peach Schnapps BBQ sauce or our traditional BBQ Sauce. Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Cole Slaw and Assorted Cookies. $12.95

Grilled Baby Back Ribs and Free Range Chicken Quarters served with our House made Peach Schnapps BBQ sauce or our traditional BBQ Sauce. Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Cole Slaw and freshly baked Brownies. $14.95

Add Jalapeño Corn Bread to any package for $1.00 per person. We also offer cold canned soft drinks ($1.25), bottled water ($1.50), ice tea and lemonade ($1.50).
